Zouk’s infrastructure strategy capitalises on the global shift to greater sustainability. The fund targets a diverse range of sectors across Europe, including emerging utility-scale battery storage projects as well as the more traditional wind, solar, waste, geothermal and hydroelectric.

The Infrastructure team creates value by taking control of how assets are financed, built and operated, and also applies these skills to optimise the efficiency of underperforming operational assets.

The fund targets capital gain returns derived from high-yielding assets, rather than focusing on yield income as is the case with most traditional infrastructure funds.
